• BC or BE required
• Weekdays, Days, No call
• Clinic and OR
• 15 - 20 patients per day in clinic, 7 - 8 surgeries per week
• General adult ENT and basic peds cases to include tubes, tonsils and adenoids
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
