Requirements:
• Active DE License (or willing to obtain)
• BC/BE (If BE, within 5 years of residency)
• DEA (or able to obtain)
• Must have experience working with pediatrics-geriatrics
• Provider needs to have studied medical Spanish or be fluent in Spanish
