• Currently no call responsibilities
• Averaging 3 full surgery days and 2 office days for minor surgeries
• 80% of the time will be doing major and minor surgeries
• Must be BC or on track to be BC
• Work out of surgery center with huge referral base, no robot
• Earning potential $800k- base plus wRVU
