• Salary range : $220K - $240K
• 3 or 4 Day Work Week
• Flexible Scheduele
• 18 to 20 patients per day
• Competitive base salary plus RVUs
• Board certified or Board Eligible
• 4 weeks of vacation plus 5 days for CME
