Locum Tenens Family Practice (w/o OB) Job in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

I have two family practice locums needs in the Oklahoma City area. The details are below.  

City of Edmond, 28 E Main St, Edmond, OK 73008  (Directly behind DPS. South entrance. Parking directly south and west of clinic.)
   asap-5/31 Mon-Fri: M/W/F 7a-1:45p, Tu/Th 9a-3:30p

or
  3/18-22 Mon-Fri: M/W/F 7a-2p, Tu/Th 9a-4pOn-site clinics for employees and their family members

American Fidelity, 9000 Cameron Pkwy, Ste #105, Oklahoma City, OK 73114. Will have to go through security for a badge upon arrival.

Most clinics are on-site at businesses, but some are stand alone clinics
Avg 2-3 patients per hour
Seeing patients ages 2 and up at most sites unless noted in open dates below differently
Primary Care/Acute Care with some OccMed/Urgent Care
3-5 years of MD/DO experience
Must have completed FM/IM residency - FM highly preferred
BC req'd
