• Hours of Operation:
  • Monday - Friday (8:00 am-9:00 pm)
  • Saturday & Sunday (8:00am - 8:00pm)
• EMR: Experity
• Patients of All Ages

Provider Requirements:

• Current Texas State License & DEA
• Active Board Certification
• Active/Unrestriced DEA
• 3+ Years of Relevant Clinical Experience
  • (Emergency Medicine, Urgent Care, Family Practice, Occupational Medicine, etc.)
• Must be available to treat patients of all ages
