Client will consider locums to perm on a case-by-case basis. • City, State: Eastern Shore Region, MD. (2-hrs. drive to DC or Baltimore) • Facility: Community Hospital, Regional Health System. • Facility Profile: All services, including EM, cardiology, surgery, ENT, FM, IM, neurology, oncology, etc. • Beds: 262-beds. 42-ICU beds. • Trauma: III • ADC: 15 - 18 patients. 6 – 12 night admits. MLP’s support HM Team w/rounding & admits. • Support Staff: NP/PA’s, RN’s, Tech’s, sub-specialty back-up support, typical of a community hospital. • BC in IM or FM w/inpatient rounding experience. • MD or DO. • EMR: Transitioning to Epic. • Procedures: Central lines only. Codes are required. Full back-up support available. • Open ICU. Pulm/CC on staff. • Schedule: 7on/7off, 7a – 7p. Some occasional night coverage. Also hiring a Nocturnist for 7p – 7a. • Perm Compensation: Expect this package to be: $220k - $240k, plus comprehensive health & welfare benefits. 1-week PTO. Signing Bonus up to $10k, CME: $4,500, Quality Incentive Bonus up to $10k. Nocturnist Differential Pay Offered, $240k++. Extra pay for extra shifts available.
