• Trauma Center Designation: Level III

Provider Requirements:

• Active Colorado State License and Unrestricted DEA

• Board Certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine or the American Osteopathic Board of Emergency Medicine

• Clear Personal/Professional Background preferred
