• Must have active state license
• BC required
• Weekdays, Days, No call
• BLS needed
• Approximately 16 - 24 patients per day, must be able to see all ages but will consider IM for adults
• Must be able to see all ages as this is a community health
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
