Outpatient Primary Care Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Flexible Week Southern Oregon-Medford

Award winning healthcare system is recruiting a skilled BC/BE Family Medicine or IM Physician for an outpatient only Primary Care group.  Position offers flexible scheduling options and there are no call and no inpatient responsibilities.  Highlights include competitive base salary, performance incentives, productivity compensation based on performance, sign on bonus, relocation assistance, 240 hours of authorized time off per year, excellent health, dental, vision and retirement benefits, and 4 day work week.  Both experienced physicians and residents are invited to apply.

Highlights

· Flexible schedule; four 10-hour days (8 hours with patients/2 hours for charts) or 5 8-hour days

· No call and no inpatient duties

· 64 patients per week via clinical encounters/16 per day.  New graduates have a 6-month grace period to get up to speed.
