ADULT PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN (MD or DO)
After 15 years of offering primary care through an integrative medicine lens to San Francisco Bay Area children, the parents in our ground-breaking practice have continued to request a physician for themselves who has a philosophy and practice style similar to our pediatric approach. GetzWell’s model eliminates the bureaucracy of insurance-driven medical practices. We are a provider-led practice that’s more in touch with both patients’ and professionals’ needs because insurers and administrators don’t interfere with how we care for our kids. Our membership-based model permits us to see fewer patients each day and spend more time engaging in thoughtful decision-making and relationship-building, and our team approach gives us the support we need to offer continuity of care to patients, both during and after office hours.

GetzWell is seeking a dynamic and committed integrative family practice or internal medicine MD or DO who wishes to collaborate with us to expand our services to adults in a satisfying and meaningful work environment. GetzWell has already attracted a huge base of parents who bring their kids to us. These parents desire to receive for themselves redefined health/medical care via our direct primary care model. With our two warm, inviting, and architecturally designed San Francisco locations in compelling neighborhoods (Noe Valley and Cow Hollow), we want to expand our successful offerings to adults.
You’ll be set up for success if you have:
Excellent clinical and communication skills with a solid EQ
At least 3 years of primary care/family practice experience including treating children
A strong interest in or experience using evidence-based integrative/functional medicine approaches
The desire to be an integral part of a collaborative team delivering high quality primary care to San Francisco Bay Area families
A desire to excel
BC/BE in Family Medicine
Licensed in California
