• Inpatient/Outpatient/Dialysis mix
  
• 1:6 call with Nurse Practitioners taking the first call
• Nurse practitioner assistance for hospitals and dialysis units
• Nephrologist not required to place emergent dialysis catheters
• J1 and non-cap exempt H1 eligible position
• No buy-in partnership track
