Location: Upstate New York; Lakeside Community; 40 minutes N of Syracuse on Lake Ontario CANDIDATE PARAMETERS – Obstetrician/Gynecologist • Board Certified / Board Eligible (will need to become BC) • Willing to be a part of community and live in a mid-size community • Excellent Communication Skills • Desire to work in a team and diverse environment • American or Foreign Trained (must have completed a United States residency program) PRACTICE • Join an existing private practice • Two Physicians - Two Certified Nurse Midwives - One Nurse Practitioner (Office Only) • 500 Deliveries per Year • In office GE 3D/4D Ultrasound with full time Sonographer, Colposcopes, LEEP, Endose Hysteroscopy and Mara Endometrial Ablations • Three office locations • In Office Greenway Medical Technologies Electronic Medical Records System • Only OB Group in County COVERAGE • Share 24 hour coverage with two OB/GYNs and Two Certified Nurse Midwifes FINANCIAL/INCENTIVE PACKAGE • Very competitive leading to full partnership with no-buy in required • Malpractice insurance $1.3 million/$3.6 million • Life Insurance $500,000 Term Life Policy • Profit sharing and 401K programs • Disability insurance and other liberal fringe benefits • Health insurance and other liberal fringe benefits • Moving Expenses HOSPITAL Oswego Hospital is a not for profit, 164 bed, full service community hospital located in the heart of the City of Oswego. About 5,000 surgeries are performed at the Hospital each year. The Hospital is the primary healthcare facility in the community. This can be attributed to strong, progressive leadership and participation demonstrated by both the Hospital’s Medical Staff and it’s Administration.
