• $245K annual base salary plus production/quality bonus potential
• Hospital-employed position joining 4 other pediatricians
• 5-day workweek from 8 am to 5 pm
• Weekday call one night and 1:4 rotated weekend call
• Step into an existing patient base seeing 20 to 25 patients per day
