- Hourly rate: $192 per hour / $7,680 per week at 40 hours
- Tentative Start date: June 13, 2022 / End date: July 18, 2022
- Reason: Vacation Coverage
- Active State Medical License
- Board Certified
- Outpatient
- Shift times: M-F, 8am to 5pm, 40hr work week 
- Seeing 10-15 patients per day
- Caseload: Adults
- No call, No weekends
- Suboxone certificate required
