• Stable position with hospital system
• 20% peds, high acuity level II cases
• 80% general, level I cases
• Beeper call is 1:4, usually once in 3 months
• General call is once a week
• CRNA model for general, more hands-on for peds
• Level II trauma center with 10 - 11 ORs
