• FQHC outpatient health center provides healthcare for all ages
• Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
• Call schedule 1:5 weeks
• Busy, established practice with 1 NP, 1 PA, and 2 physicians
• See 20 - 22 patients per day
