Position Title: Physician/Primary Care Provider

Your Role with the Company:

·              Hours are Mon-Fri 8am-5pm – No nights, No weekends!

·              Full-scope primary care with an emphasis is on health outcomes, preventative care and health coaching, not patient volume and billing

·              Primary Care services provided in a mobile health clinic in a medically underserved area
