Permanent Family Practice: Outpatient Only Job in Thomson, Georgia

This east Georgia medical center is seeking a board certified/board eligible Family Medicine physician as they assist a well-established practice in the Thomson, GA area, approximately 30 miles west of Augusta. Preference is to recruit a candidate with no more than five (5) years out of their residency.

Job features include:

  • Mon – Thur 7-5 and Fri 7-12
  • Call schedule 1 out of 8 – full week with pretty light volume
  • Competitive salary – MGMA Based
  • Signing Bonus
  • Relocation/Moving Expenses - Depending on distance - between $5,000 and $15,000 for expenses that qualify under IRS Publication 521
  • Loan Forgiveness

  • Comfort overseeing PA/NP
  • PTO – Three (3) weeks and CME One (1) week with a $1,500 CME allowance
  • Medical and Dental coverage for self/family up to $600 per month
