-100% outpatient

-Call 1 in 20 (phone only)

-Optional inpatient call 2-3 times per month

-Work in multi-specialty group

-Starting salary is $175000 $185000 if you elect to do the inpatient call 

-Ownership track available after 1st two years

-Population is 56000
