* Support Staff: 1 physician with 2 mid-level split coverage (9 AM - 9 PM and 12 PM - 12 AM)

* Other Details:

  - Open ICU

  - Specialist back-up available

  - Rural hospital setting - severe trauma, stroke, heart will be transferred by ground or air to tertiary facility which is 45 mins to an hour away

  - The facility is open to BC Family Medicine providers but must have ATLS certificate

 - Providers must be credentialed with Medicare and enrolled with PECOS as a provider.

* Temporary privileges available

* Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered
