* Office Equipment: LEEP, Colposcope, Hysteroscopy, Cryotherapy Unit

* Nursery services: Level I and II

* Hospital privileges required: Yes

* Time needed to obtain privileges: 30 days

* EMR: Allscripts (Clinic), Meditech (Hospital)

* Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered
