COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Hospital Medicine (HOSP)

• $330,000 income potential
• Signing bonus - YES & student loan assistance & residency stipend available
• $4,000 CME allowance
• $10,000 Relocation allowance
• Additional Coverage :Additional Shift Hours: $1,560 per day, $1,800 per night
• Excellent benefits including health, dental, vision, disability, life and retirement plans
• Paid Time Off Contracted for 182 shifts with 7 days PTO.
• Paid malpractice with tail coverage

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Hospital Medicine (HOSP)

• We are not able to support J1 Visa only H1B
• Full-time, hospital employed opportunity
• Block schedule: 7 on, 7 off (182 shifts per year)
• 2 nurse practitioners support during the day
• Clinically rich environment, procedures needed.
• Only see Adults 18+
• Average census 35 (includes all cross coverage).
• ICU (open), 26 beds, average census is 16-18. 
• Medical, 29 beds, average census is 20-22. 
• Day admissions: 8 roughly during the day /Night admissions:10 busy night. (All admissions and cross coverage split)
• Procedures needed occasionally 

COMMUNITY Hospital Medicine (HOSP)

We are located in the heart of southwest Indiana, approximately two and a half hours from Indianapolis, one hour and fifteen minutes from Louisville and an hour from Evansville. The area is known for excellence in education and athletics, offering choices in private and public education. The real estate market is very affordable and extremely attractive, with options from historic homes to new construction. The area features many outdoor recreation opportunities including easy access to lakes and rivers; nearly 20 neighborhood parks, trails, and sports complexes; and golf courses.
