POSITION DETAILS Nephrology (NEPH)

  • Inpatient
  • Fri 7a - Mon 7a
  • General inpatient Nephrology:
    • Management of acute renal failure
    • Management of chronic renal failure
    • Management of post-renal transplant patient
    • Hemodialysis
    • Peritoneal dialysis
  • The surgery service line will place dialysis catheters and intraperitoneal catheters
  • The locum is on call for: assigned and unassigned patients
  • Average inpatient census is 15-25
  • Average number of calls per day: 5-10
  • No admits
  • BC required
  • Nephrology (NEPH)
