Medical Center is looking to employ a BC/BE Psychiatrist that has Geriatric/Adult experience. •Alabama licensed preferred •Geriatric/Adult Experience •Fellowship trained is a plus but not required •Position is hospital employed •Position would be a combination of Inpatient (18 bed Geriatric Unit) and Outpatient Clinic •Solo practice •Position provides compensation, health benefits, 401K, Relo Support, Vacation, CME support, and negotiable sign on bonus. •Compensation is a combination of base salary and generous RVU package. •Physician will be working and sharing call with part-time psychiatrist and psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Located in Fort Payne, Alabama ((Registered Profile Required)) approximately 45 minutes south of Chattanooga, TN and 90 minutes north or Birmingham. Fort Payne is in the southern portion of the Appalachian Mountains. We are 3 hours from the Blue Ridge and Smoky Mountains. Public Schools are excellent and there are private schools nearby.
