Two options: 1. Hospital Employed 2. Solo setting (sponsored by hospital with income guarantee). Prefer well rounded general Neurology candidates (but very open to candidates with interest in Stroke). Opportunity for development of stroke center and medical directorship. There are three Neurologist in the service area but no full-time Neurologist with office in St. Cloud. Potential call coverage (shared with the three Neurologists in service area) Office space available. Competitive Financial package being offered. Reason for recruitment: 1. area is underserved for Neurology, 2. Hospital lost their one full-time Neurologist to Orlando back in 2013. My client is conveniently located in the heart of St. Cloud, Florida. The modern 84-bed facility offers a comprehensive medical support system including radiology, cardiology, laboratory, pharmacy, intensive care, rehabilitation services, and a wound healing and hyperbaric center. The emergency department serves nearly 24,000 patients a year, with wait times well below the national average. Two state-of-the-art operating suites were added in 2009, and the hospital continues to bring specialty physicians to the community.
