Practice Details

A rewarding opportunity to care for adult/geriatric patients for home visits. Focus on post-acute or higher risk geriatric patients to keep out of the hospital and improve their quality of life for health. As the associate regional medical officer you will see 80 percent patient care and 20 percent ARMO/administrative responsibilities for the program. You will also oversee the NPs or PAs who see these patients. The ARMO or providers will do the initial patient visit and some follow-up as needed. You will work with other physicians, case managers, and NPs or PAs as a team to provide quality and continuity of care to their patients. Enjoy a Monday to Friday daytime schedule with flexible daytime hours. There will be no evenings and no weekends with is the ideal schedule for a physician and family or personal time. Very reasonable care to see an average of 6 to 8 patients per day, and only the organization's Medicare 65 and older patients. It is possible to start in four to five weeks as there is no hospital credentialing.

This position with a top organization offering an excellent base salary, quarterly bonus incentives, and full benefits package. The bonuses increase each year of employment for outstanding earnings potential. The ARMO position will be over $300K salary/bonus combined in the first year.
