Permanent Family Practice (w/o OB) Job in Kentucky

This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding state-of-the-art senior care practice in the Louisville Kentucky

A successful physician-owned outpatient care clinic is looking to hire an additional physicians to provide Medicare-friendly service to the patients

The group sees patients ages 65+ in an outpatient only setting

You will work Monday-Friday starting at 7:30am with the last patients scheduled at 4:10pm (with an hour lunch break)

There is absolutely no hospital work or inpatient admits/rounding required

The shared phone call schedule is 1:10

Each office uses cutting-edge technologies including an on-site robotic pharmacy to make the patient experience better

Each physician has a patient panel of 400-500 which allows for amazing continuity of care

The group is offering a very competitive salary with $15000 sign-on bonus

In the second year there is a base salary increase and performance-based incentive bonuses

These bonuses are based on patient satisfaction surveys and not productivity

Each physician also receives malpractice coverage relocation and full benefits including: health-disability-life insurance-401k with company match-16 vacation days-6 holidays-5 CME days and $1000 allowance
