Five full-time ED docs currently cover the unit. • Flexible schedules available with 12-16 shifts per month (varying from 8-12 hours). Additional income possible through night coverage for Hospitalists. • Double physician coverage from 11am-10pm; Mid-level coveragecurrently 18 hours a day; hospital currently adding scribes to the ED • Equal profit sharing available after just one year. • Malpractice and employee benefits included.
