Permanent Dentistry Jobs in Dayton, Ohio

We are hiring for a qualified Comprehensive Dentist (DMD / DDS) to join our team of talented professionals who provide health care services to our veterans and their families at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, just east of Dayton, Ohio.

Benefits:

• Status: Full-Time

• Schedule:  Monday – Friday, 7:15am – 4:15pm

• Independent Contractor

• Malpractice covered

The Dentist Comprehensive must have the following qualifications:



•  Degree:  Doctor of Medical in Dentistry (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS)

• Education:  Graduate from an accredited dental school approved by the Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA) of the American Dental Association (ADA), specialty Dentist must be a graduate of a dental specialty training program that is accredited by the CODA of the ADA or an accepted equivalent program

• Must have completed a 2 year comprehensive dentistry residency program

• Certifications: Board eligible or board certified as required, Basic Life Support

• Licensure/Registration:  Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice as a dentist

• Board Certification:  Must be board certified

• Experience:  As required to meet clinical competency requirements specified in the Service-specific credentialing instructions, shall have been employed for at least one (1) year on a full time basis in the practice of dentistry, or be a recent (1-year) graduate of an accredited, post-graduate dentistry training program, dental specialists shall have a certificate of training in their specialty area from an ADA-accredited residency training program

• Must have teaching experience at an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency program

• Must have prior experience working in a US military dental clinic
